Highview Travel has been in business since September 1997.

2. Which airlines do you work with?
We have consolidator commission air contracts and net fare contracts with over 60 airlines.

3. Who works with Highview Travel?
Highview Travel deals with agencies nationwide. Our clientele consist of Amex agents, BCD travel affiliates, Virtuoso members, travel leaders, home based agents and many more.

4. Are your tickets Changeable and Refundable?
Most tickets are changeable and refundable with a fee. We also have tickets that have no fee to change or refund.

5. How can I make changes and cancellations?
Changes need to be made directly with our agency. Upon request we will release emergency contact information.

6. How can I check prices and make reservations?
Searching through an online database would certainly save our agents a lot of time. However, we strongly believe in giving every request the utmost time to see how we can help you get the cheapest possible fare. We strongly recommend our clients to email or call us rather than relying on automated prices through travel search engines.

7. Are your fares commissionable?
We have net and commission contracts. There is no commission cap to our clients on our net fares. Additionally, we have over 60 commission contracts with most major carriers. Many times we can offer commission on even discounted published fare tickets for business and first class.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments can be made by wire transfer or agency check as well. Prices are not guaranteed unless paid for.

9. How do I add my mark up if using client's credit card?
When you complete a credit card authorization form, you will advise us what the final charge will be to the client. We will mail you a commission check on the difference from our net to the amount charged on the cc.

10. Do you have an agent incentive bonus in effect?
We currently offer $100 cash bonus on net fares for bookings in first or business class.

11. What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are: Monday-Thursday 9:30am-5:30pm Friday 9:30am-1:30 pm
